珍爱生命 远离毒品丨国际部开展禁毒教育
为构建健康和谐的校园环境，加强对国际部学生的禁毒教育，让国际部学生深刻认识毒品的危害，增强毒品防范意识，提高自身抵制毒品的能力，12月15日，国际部全体师生走进重庆戒毒法治教育基地和重庆市未成年人强制隔离戒毒所参观学习，近距离接受禁毒警示教育。

进入重庆戒毒法治教育基地展厅，展厅讲解员结合我国禁毒历史、毒品种类、毒品危害、禁毒政策等知识进行细致的讲解，同时以问答的方式科普了毒品的相关知识。
Entering the exhibition hall of Chongqing Drug Treatment Legal Education Base, the docents in the exhibition hall explained the history of drug control in China, drug types, drug hazards, drug control policies and other knowledge in detail, and at the same time, popular science related knowledge of drugs in the way of questions and answers.
一张张触目惊心的图片，一件件真实鲜活的案例……同学们认真观看展厅内的毒品仿真模型和禁毒教育宣传图片，直观了解毒品给个人、家庭、社会带来的危害，深刻感受“珍爱生命 远离毒品”的重大意义。
Shocking pictures, real and vivid cases… The students carefully watched the drug simulation model and anti-drug education propaganda pictures in the exhibition hall, intuitively understood the harm brought by drugs to individuals, families and society, and deeply felt the great significance of “cherishing life and staying away from drugs”.
参观最后，同学们举起右拳，用洪亮坚定的声音宣读禁毒誓词。铿锵有力的誓言表达出对毒品永远说“不”的决心。
At the end of the visit, the students raised their right hands and read the anti-drug oath in a loud and firm voice. A powerful pledge expresses the determination to always say “no” to drugs.
在戒毒所宣教科警官带领下，大家走进重庆市未成年人强制隔离戒毒所，了解戒毒人员的宿舍实景和戒治日常生活，了解戒毒人员康复训练、课堂教育、心理矫治等戒治内容，懂得了国家开展强制隔离戒毒的深远意义。

在戒毒所礼堂，戒治学员（一名同学们的同龄人）上台讲述自身的戒治经历和心路历程，讲述了吸食过程的痛苦煎熬，对家人朋友的愧疚之情，对管教警官的感恩之情。这些肺腑之言撞击着同学们的心，敲响了内心的警钟。
In the auditorium of the rehab center, the rehab student (a peer of the students) took the stage to talk about his own rehab experience and psychological journey, describing the pain and suffering of the process of smoking, the guilt of family and friends, and the gratitude of the discipline officer. These heartfelt words hit the hearts of the students and sounded the alarm bell in the heart.
警官还对学生进行了禁毒安全知识培训。他告诫同学们要充分认清毒品的危害，提高法治意识，增强对毒品的识别抵制能力，千万不要因为好奇，追求刺激或解脱烦恼而去尝试第一口。毒品如跗骨之蛆，会从骨子里把一个人的身体、精神、意志乃至灵魂彻底毁灭。他还警示国际部学生，出国求学要把人身安全放在第一位，珍爱生命，远离毒品，坚决防毒、拒毒，提高自觉抵制毒品的能力。
In the last session, police officers trained students on drug safety. He warned students to fully understand the harm of drugs, improve the awareness of the rule of law, enhance the ability to identify and resist drugs, and do not try to take the first bite because of curiosity, the pursuit of stimulation or relief from trouble. Drugs are like maggots of tarsals, which will completely destroy a person’s body, spirit, will and even soul from the bone. It reminds our international students to put personal safety in the first place when studying abroad, cherish life, stay away from drugs, resolutely resist gas and drugs, and improve their ability to consciously resist drugs.

What struck me most was the sincerity and vulnerability with which he spoke about his past. When he admitted his past mistakes and the harmful effect of drugs on his life, his words deeply resonated with all of our listeners, especially those of a similar age. He firmly urges us never to venture down the dangerous path of substance abuse and highlights his own personal horror.
让我印象最深刻的是他讲述自己过去时的真诚和脆弱。当他承认自己过去的错误以及毒品对他的生活造成的有害影响时，他的话引起了我们所有人的深刻共鸣，尤其是那些年龄相仿的人，他坚定地提醒我们永远不要冒险走上毒品的危险道路。
The visit deeply affected me. It made me realise the destructive power of drug addiction and the importance of educating, preventing and supporting young people. I am now more aware than ever of the harm done to substance abuse and advocate for recovery programs that offer hope and redemption to those struggling with addiction.
这次访问深深地影响了我，让我意识到毒瘾的破坏力以及教育、预防的重要性，我现在比以往任何时候都更清楚毒品的危害。

Through this visit, we learned how to recognize drugs, and also learned about their harm and how they can affect our society and our families. Drugs not only damage people’s physical health, but also affect people’s mental health and social relationships. Therefore, we should make every effort to prevent and treat the problem of drug abuse.
通过这次访问，我们了解了如何识别毒品，也了解了毒品的危害以及它如何影响我们的社会和家庭。毒品不仅损害人们的身体健康，还会影响人们的心理健康和社会关系。因此，我们应该尽一切努力预防。

I was particularly impressed by these speeches. Maybe we all feel that drugs are far away from us, or even that smoking or taking drugs is a cool thing. But when the living example is laid before us, we realize how terrible drugs are. Once you’re infected with drugs, your life is ruined. I feel bad for the boy, but at the same time I don’t want to be him, I don’t want to be the guy who takes drugs and regrets and reflects, I don’t want to be the guy who can only envy other people’s normal lives.
我对这次经历印象特别深刻，也许我们都觉得毒品离我们很远，但当活生生的例子摆在我们面前时，终于意识到毒品是多么可怕，一旦沾染了毒品，生活就毁了。
